HIDALGO G   SOLD  Gray 2001 PRE stallion (Entendido XXIII x Gloriosa USA).  Naturally, he is still growing but now stands 15.3h.  He is under saddle at training level dressage, shown in schooling situations in 2004.  He has suspension and extension coupled with elevation. Hidalgo has excellent straight movement, three pure gaits.  He is very well mannered and likes to work, very intelligent.  Hidalgo is Bocado lineage top and bottom (slow to mature physically) but already has good bone density (21 cm cannons).  Sire was 16.1 imported from Spain bred by Francisco Lazo Diaz. Dam is 15.3h and a granddaughter of Xenophon (the sire of Teodoro).

Karillo G – Black Bay 2004 PRE inscribed colt (Favorito KG x Encantada D). Sire is 16.3h bay owned by Avalon Farms, involved in dressage and loves eventing.  Dam is speckled gray, 1^st generation from Spain. This colt has exceptional bone plus lift, extension and suspension with straight movement. He is an outstanding prospect for performance, dressage or breeding.  He is very athletic, extremely smart, with an easy, respectful temperament and excellent manners.  Will be ready to start saddle training this summer.

Kelico G – Gray 2004 PRE inscribed colt (Teodoro x Gloriosa G). This colt was originally destined to be our next herd sire, due to circumstances we are offering him for sale.  His sire is 16.2h bay, produced numerous National Champions, an influential sire in the USA.  Dam is gray, awarded “best movement award” by the celebrated Spanish judge and author, Senor Juan Llamas.  This colt is line bred Bocado (Terry).  He has the sweet nature this bloodline is known for and good manners.  Kelico has great suspension and extension, coupled with elevation in three straight moving gaits.  He has exceptional potential for dressage, performance and breeding. Will be ready to start saddle training this summer.

Lozano G – Bay 2005 PSP colt (Teodoro x Hermosa).  Sire is 16.2h bay, a very influential sire in USA, producer of multiple national champions.  Dam is bay, daughter of the black multi national champion stallion, Despierto.  Lozano has the temperament and the movement to take you all the way up the dressage levels.  Exceptional conformation should mature 16+h.  He has a very tractable attitude along with correct, straight moving gaits. Modico G – Gray 2006 PRE colt (Teodoro x Hada G).  Inscription paperwork submitted to Spain.  Sire is 16.2h bay, producer of multi national champions.  Dam is gray mare, traditional build, and well bred.  This colt has movement!  He should excel at any discipline, whether doing dressage, performance or pleasure.  He will make an exceptional youth or amateur mount.  He is a real “pocket pal” very friendly and curious.Pictures coming soon...

Magno G – Gray 2006 PRE colt (Teodoro x Encantada D).  Inscription paperwork submitted to Spain.  Sire is 16.2h bay, producer of multi national champions.  Dam is speckled gray, 1^st generation from Spain, one of our foundation mares.  This colt is an exceptional prospect for any discipline with pure gaits. He is very intelligent, a quick learner with great manners.  Short coupled and very athletic, an excellent choice for an amateur or youth mount.  Excellent temperament, very easy going to whatever comes his way.  Pictures coming soon...

PUREBRED MARES/FILLIES:

ENCANTADA D - 1990 specked gray PRE mare (Adriatico x Taranta).  She is Cria Caballar approved for breeding and is the head herd mare.  She is 1^st generation from Spain.  Encantada was trained in driving (single and pairs) with limited showing, and also did liberty leading routines prior to becoming a broodmare. She is a proven producer of short coupled performance horses (bays and grays) with some offspring having been spotlighted performers in venues such as Arabian Knights in FL, Big Apple Circus of NY and Medieval Times.  Encantada’s sire (Adriatico) was a son of Jardinero V (military sire) by Nevado III.  Adriatico was also a grandson of Jecomias, a black military sire.  Encantada’s dam, Taranta, was also the dam of Bravio (a well known bay).  Taranta was a daughter of Oyente, a son of the original, famous Maluso, one of the founders of the modern bay color lines.  Encantada is for sale along with her 2007 bay colt, born 5-7-07, for sale as a package deal (mare with colt) until foal is weaned.  Mare sells "open".

Iana G   SOLD – Bay 2002 PSP mare (Entendido XXIII x Hermosa).  Iana was the 2004 IALHA National Champion PSP 2 year old filly (halter).  Sire was 16.1h, imported from Spain, dam was daughter of the black multi Natl Champ stallion, Despierto.  Iana is not just another pretty face! She has 3 solid gaits suitable for dressage or performance.  Under saddle, she has been ridden on trails and in the show ring. She is very personable plus has a solid, steady temperament.  Our 10 year old granddaughter showed her in walk/trot class!  Although a maiden, this mare would be an excellent mother.

Jefa G – Gray 2003 PRE Approved mare (Certero 3/V x Encantada D).  Approved for breeding stock by Spain’s Cria Caballar. Sire is black, imported from Spain, bred by Centurion Farms, 16+h and competing in dressage.  Dam is speckled gray, 1^st generation from Spain. Athletic, short coupled build, she is an excellent filly for riding, driving or breeding. Curious, she is always investigating the goings on around the farm. Expect to mature 15.2h.  Although a maiden, this filly carries color gene and should produce color.  She was started under saddle summer 2006, and ready to progress in her training.  Sells as “open” in 2007.
